Children’s Specialty Programs

Deer Valley Resort’s Children’s Specialty Programs are designed to improve your child’s skiing in a fun and safe learning environment. Participants must be three to 14 years of age.

Pre-school Program
$575 includes lift ticket; $479 with season pass

Ages: 3 to 5 years

Dates: Four weeks/eight sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays, January 16 to February 8 or Tuesdays and Thursdays, January 17 through February 9

Times: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. or 1 to 4 p.m.

Friday Afternoon Program
$430 includes lift ticket; $358 with season pass

Ages: 3 to 14 years

Dates: Six weeks on Friday afternoons, January 6 to February 10

Time: 1 to 4 p.m.

Children's Saturday Ski Experience (CSSE)
$698 includes lift ticket; $584 with season pass

Ages: 3 to 14 years

Dates: Six weeks on Saturdays, January 7 to February 11

Time: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Children's Sunday Ski Experience (CSSE)
$698 includes lift ticket; $584 with season pass

Ages: 3 to 14 years

Dates: Six weeks on Sundays, January 8 to February 12

Time: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Class Ratios and Ski Times:

3-year-olds: 1:1; ski for 1 1/2 hours
4-year-olds: 2:1; ski for 2 1/2 to 3 hours
5- and 6-year olds: 4-6:1; ski the entire class time with lunch and a break in the full-day program
7 to 14-year-olds: 6-8:1; ski the entire class time with lunch and a break in the full-day program

Advance reservations are needed for all programs; call Skier Services Reservations at 888-754-8477 or 435-645-6648. Cancellations must be made before 5 p.m. two days before the beginning of the program: no refunds after program begins will be given. No refund or make-up class for illness or missed lessons. May not request class placement or instructor.
